St. Patricks Parade - Downtown Community Partnership

St. Patricks Parade

The 24th annual St. Patrick's Parade and the Irish Warming House in Downtown has been canceled. With the wellbeing of spectators, parade participants, volunteers and the community being the primary focus, the Downtown Community Partnership (DCP) has made the decision to cancel this year’s parade based on the heightened concerns of the potential risk of spreading the COVID-19 in mass gatherings around events.

In the midst of Coronavirus concerns,we encourage all parade-goers to follow the advice of the CDC and stay home if you are ill, be diligent about washing your hands, and not to touch your face with unwashed hands.**

Join one of Fargo-Moorhead’s largest celebrations! Since 1996, the parade has been traditionally held on the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day in Downtown Fargo, ND.

Over 10,000 attendees of all ages come to enjoy a festive entourage of bands, equestrians, Irish dancers, bagpipes, civic clubs, and multicultural groups. Celebrate community and culture with family and friends, because everybody can be a little Irish for this parade.
We encourage participants, businesses, visitors and residents to go all out -- wear GREEN, use SHAMROCKS, have MUSIC, whatever you can do to make this a memorable experience.
