    The Silver Lining Creamery specializes in fresh, bold and unique flavors all created in-house using the most up to date and freshest ice cream ingredients. Our guests love our constantly changing flavors and unique ideas including specialty Silver Lining Mason Jar Sundaes. Our team is proud to stand behind each and every scoop we dish out.

    Silver Lining Ice Cream

    Silver Lining premium, 14% butterfat ice cream is created by hand in small 2.5 gallon batches in downtown Rapid City, South Dakota. Only the freshest ingredients are used including local honey and midwest dairy. Creating small 2.5 gallon batches means our product is consistently fresh and flavorful. Our product doesn’t sit on a truck, in a warehouse and on a shelf before you eat it. That’s a Silver Lining guarantee.
