It’s Sourdough Time!

This class will introduce students to everything they will need to get started on a sourdough journey.

Working with starter, shaping and baking artisan loaves, and how to deal with discard will all be discussed.

You will walk away with the skills needed along with a dried sourdough starter to revive at home.
