Let’s Get Spooky!!! Join Ashleigh for a 60 minute hot vinyasa class . We will bring the heat and monster mash vibes. Everyone will receive a Liquid Death sparkling water and mini treat bag. The room will be heated 90-100 degrees. Costumes optional. 👻
Your Instructor
Ashleigh is an instructor and the manager at YUJ Yoga Studio. She has her 200RYT and is certified in YIN Yoga. She has been instructing for 2 years in the FM area and her favorite class to instruct is Hot Yoga. You'll learn that her evening classes are packed with energy while her morning sessions are often more fluid and calm. Her favorite part of teaching at YUJ is YOU. She truly enjoys connecting with everyone and building relationships that leave the mat. Outside of yoga, she enjoys spending time with her cats, gardening, thrifting, and of course being with friends and family.
