Each laughter yoga session is unique, focused on the practices of deep breathing, light stretching, guided imagery and self-expression to cultivate a child-like, playful spirit of authentic laughter. The primary benefits include enhanced mood, reduced stress, increased cardiovascular activity and activated core muscles. A sense of humor is not required however, one should enter class willingly and ready to let go of self-consciousness. This time is all about experiencing the healing power of positive energy and pure joy of laughter! Pre-registration is required.
