This is a powerful healing tool for those suffering with chronic pain, illness, or other conditions. Awaken your awareness in this 6 week series. A gentle, adaptive yoga practice that will help you become mindful of your alignment and movement patterns. This allows us to embrace our physical and emotional challenges by offering pathways towards improved mobility and well-being. Each week we will also practice different pranayama practices to help integrate the nervous system
