“The Genius of Earth Day” - Adam Rome to speak at Fargo Theatre

The Downtown Community Partnership (DCP) is excited to announce that prestigious environmental historian, Adam Rome, will present a program about “The Genius of Earth Day”.  He will discuss the first Earth Day in 1970 and the how this event has stood the test of time as well as created a culture in which to celebrate the earth and environmentalism.

This presentation is FREE, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and held in the historic Fargo Theatre at 7:30pm on Earth Day 2014, April 22.  It is a collaborative event brought to the community by North Dakota State University, Concordia College, and the Downtown Community Partnership.  Adam will be available for a book signing following the event.
